Your World of Warcraft username and password is used exclusively for logging into the game itself, not Magelo Sync. Magelo Sync requires only your Magelo account username and password to log in; after logging in, you can then run the World of Warcraft game (WoW.exe in your World of Warcraft folder in most cases).
If you have a problem logging into Magelo Sync using your Magelo username and password we recommend using copy and paste to get the correct password into the password field in Magelo Sync, or resetting the password itself. If you are using a different regional language on your copy of Windows XP, there is a chance the language bar will activate a different language when you switch to another window so you have to manually adjust it before entering text.
